So far Social distancing is our main vaccine, but this will not stop us to offer the best nature and adventure tour for you.

Travel restrictions to Cancun and The Riviera Maya are allowing some flights from the USA and Canada.

Cancun hotels announced a 30% of occupation for July 2020, this is positive news for all tour operators.

But even that, we know the number of travelers for the next months will be less than we expect.

No matter the situation, our professional staff is ready to run the best tour experience for you, here are our tour operation protocols.

• Medical check every 10 days
• Mandatory use of face mask
• Personal hygiene check before working day
• Hygiene check of all vans and transportation vehicles
• Sanitization and cleaning for al units and tour location every day
• Daily verification all units have facemasks & antibacterial gel for our customers

• Mandatory temperature check during pickups
  • Temperature equal or higher 100.4°F (38°C ) applies No-show check Cancelation section
• Mandatory use of face mask
  • you can bring your own or request it during pickup to the guide
• We will limit the space in our van transfers for social distancing

Cancel on time avoid a No-Show situation

If any of our customers present the next COVI-19 symptoms before the tour day.

• Fever
• Dry cough
• Tiredness
• Diarrhea
• Conjunctivitis
• Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
• Chest pain or pressure
• Body temperature equal or higher 100.4°F (38°C )
  • Request to the hotel a temperature check before tour day

Please contact us to cancel the tour, and you will get a 100% refund if you notify us 12 hours before the pickup time.

IMPORTANT, If you present any of these symptoms at pick up or during the tour, for the safety of our other customers and staff.

You will be separated and returned to the hotel, notifying to the hotel staff of your health situation, and your tour status will be a No-Show with NO refund.
